I find this style interesting becuase it captures different characters and opens the mind to different points of view which is what you need for support of an editorial piece. It also needs to standout and capture people's attention.

I like this style because it is very cariturised but also there is alot going on in each Illustrations giving a sense of movement and action throughout the illustrations even though they are only 2D bringing the illustrations to life. I feel to achieve this within any piece of work is always diffcult but Marc Boutavant has perfected this technique which is useful for this workshop as we are trying to reflect a mood amongst the diners.
